We woke up with no heating or hot water and unable to top the pressure up on the boiler. We contacted Shears who came out within 2 hours, Ben was so friendly and Knowledgeable of the issue and sorted the blockage and topped up the pressure. All working brilliantly now, we highly recommend Shears and will always use them going forwards. Thanks to Ben and the team, happy household again here :

I have used Shears on a number of occasions over the past 4 years. I have always found them to be professional, friendly, reasonably priced and reliable. The work is always top quality and I wouldn't use anybody else now. There may be cheaper options out there but you get what you pay for, and with Shears you get good quality work.

Well, what can I say. We stumbled upon Shears PHG by accident. A referral from another trade. And what a happy accident! From day one when Danielle (their star asset!) called us back straight away from our email to completion and even beyond with little tweaks, I cannot fault the service. 5 star all the way. The fitting of the kitchen has superb. Exactly how we wanted it - even better following advice based on their greater experience.
The tiling is chef's kiss - many people's favourite feature - and it's perfectly straight and smooth. Throughout the whole process each and every member of the team was polite, helpful and did a fantastic job. We felt so comfortable we left them with the keys to fit the kitchen whilst we were on holiday. Not only would I recommend Shears to anyone, they will now be our go to company for future home improvements.

On first contact with Ben all members of his team were attentive, efficient and polite. Through the process all members listened to queries and worries and gave clear explanations. We never felt under pressure once given a quote from them they gave us a great price and there workmanship was fantastic. The team were thorough and reliable and the two boiler installers were hardworking and polite. They cleared up after themselves and gave the impression nothing would be too much trouble. They did a great job - we've got an actual working boiler now in our house. Really pleased. Friendly and really efficient. Left everything clean and they were so fast as well (i mean not that I know how long it usually takes to install a new boiler.). Found them on insta and did go with my gut instinct and booked them.
