Needed someone to trace, access and repair a leak from under my shower tray. After searching my local area I found Able Maintenance Services. Steve was able to attend the same day to assess the situation. The next day he carried out the work required at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using Steve again.

Having been frankly ripped off by unskilled 'builders' Steve was brilliant. Rectified some appalling prior 'work' on a leaky shower tray which wasn't sealed hence a hole in my ceiling. Replaced shower tray and door and tiles and triple sealed. I am so impressed I have asked Steve to complete further works. An absolute gem of an all round multi skilled business person. Steve from Able Maintenance Ltd attended our property to rectify the poor workmanship on a new bathroom installation. Steve communicated well, introducing himself prior to the visit and commencement of work and kept us advised of his arrival. Steve explained what he had to do to carry out the work and advised us of any pitfalls, so we could make an informed decision.What previously was abysmal sealing of the bath and looked very challenging, Steve expertly removal the old sealant and managed to successfully reseal it excellently. In addition, he lowered a bathroom cabinet that was installed incorrectly and now is perfect! We are very happy with the work undertaken and will certainly ask Steve to work on our next project, decking. Its hard to find a good trader and luckily we did just that with Steve. Highly recommended.

Able Maintenance Services completed a refurbishment of a one bedroom flat for us. This was a complete refurbishment, new bathroom and toilet, kitchen, heating and decorating throughout. Steve and his team did a brilliant job and returned the flat to an as new condition. The standard of workmanship was perfect. A first class job. Steve was able to take my kitchen units apart to fix a leak from my upstairs toilet and put the kitchen back together in the same day. Another plumber told me i had to get a handyman to take it apart before he could fix the leak. Very trustworthy and managed to fit me into his busy schedule. Highly recommend

We had our old bathroom suite ripped out, walls stripped back to brick, walls and ceiling replastered, walls and floor tiled, electrics, plumbing, decorating and new bathroom suite installed by Able Maintenance. Steve and the team were professional, trustworthy, tidy and friendly at all times. Mess was kept to a minimum, all work was carried out to an exceptional standard. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend Able Maintenance to anyone considering work.

Originally we hired Steve to refit a bathroom but he ended up renovating a one bed flat and Steve assumed the role of general builder where he managed the tradesmen and sourced the materials. It was a pleasant experience and Steve is a very capable tradesman. The bathroom looks excellent and he managed a number of other trades on our behalf (i.e., tiler; plasterer, electrician, plumber, decorator and carpet/vinyl fitter). The flat now looks fantastic and the quote was competitive. If you have a rental property which needs a complete renovation, then i can strongly recommend Steve and his crew. Honest, reliable, professional and good value.
