I contacted Allstar for a quote to repalace 3 radiators. Will replied and quickly arrived to size up the job. He was polite, prompt and professional. The quote was good value. Will turned up promptly, with his team, and immediately began work. The quality of work was first class and caused minimal bother to our normal routine. I highly reccomend Allstar to anyone.
After a few months, we approached Allstar again for a heating system update, involving a boiler change and system update. We received great service. The team were punctual, polite, professional and took a great deal of pride in their work. We opted for an external boiler, which involved a good deal of pipe renewal. Despite miserable weather, they ensured that everything was to the highest standard and no corners were cut. Will made sure the system operated safely and correctly and I understood how to program the system and could spot any faults. Will, Ash, Bank and Geordie did an excellent job. They cleared up after themselves and we now have a beautiful new system. Many thanks to all.

I cannot recommend the services of the team enough. Will and Ash are extremely knowledgable, friendly and approachable. Clearly committed to their crafts the team responded quickly to our needs and were extremely pleased with the results. Initially called William at Allstar because of concerns with my underfloor heating.
He identified the problem without hesitation and advised other areas in great need of improvement, which have already made a significant, noticeable difference.
I cannot speak highly enough of both him and Ashley. Both were very polite, professional, tidy and punctual.
Had all work carried out to the highest standard and at every stage, William was very patient, explaining everything in full.

Called out Allstar for a broken-down boiler which had been on its last legs for a while. They were the quickest company to respond, came straight out, organised a replacement boiler and installed it quickly and professionally. Couldn't be happier with William and Ashley at Allstar. Booked in very quickly and easily when boiler had an issue, then easily enough for repairs and servicing a few weeks later. The team were flexible enough to bring the apt forward a week and diligently replaced the parts as originally recommended and provided our yearly service. Very responsive to calls and emails.
Ashley was very professional, friendly, kindly showing and explaining some parts to me and what it could mean/need. Will be booking in with them again for any further issues and servicing needs.

Our boiler died during a freezing February week and after being messed around by an emergency engineer, William was an absolute hero. Within two days of contacting him our new boiler was in and heating our radiators and hot water more efficiently than ever. I have never encountered a heating engineer who is so friendly and professional and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Will came to service our old oil fired boiler and discovered that it had been fitted incorrectly and that the subsequent services (by other engineers) had resulted in incorrect parts being used, rendering our boiler unsafe. We decided that a new boiler was the way to go, being a Friday, time was tight but by midday Will had ordered the new boiler ready to install on Monday.
He and Ash worked hard in horrible weather to ensure the new boiler was fitted and running well. To say they have made a difference to our house is an understatement, our radiators are warmer, the water pressure has improved 10 fold and we are far more relaxed knowing that the boiler is safe. I'd happily recommend them to anyone in need of a heating engineer.

We called William in to service our 17 year old boiler. On inspection Will pointed out several major problem areas and we concluded that it was not economical to.carry out the necessary repairs.
Our stars must have been in alignment that day: the replacement we had selected was in stock and with a bit of juggling and non-stop hard graft the new boiler was up and running just 27 hours later, with a beautiful array of orderly copper piping replacing the Heath Robinson arrangement that had gone before. Everything was left clean and tidy,, we're enjoying the greatly improved heating system, and last but not least, looking forward to significantly lower bills.
We took a punt on Will and it has been money well spent. Thank you!

William really saved us when our boiler gave up on the coldest day of the year. He was round within the hour and, when it turned out the old boiler was finished, he arranged to fit a new one with a fantastic new hot water system within days. He was friendly, efficient and clear about our options. He and Ashley worked incredibly hard to get this sorted and make sure our radiators were working optimally. It feels like a different house! Would highly recommend Allstar on the basis of this experience.

Allstar have been brilliant whenever Ive needed them. William came out really quickly to fix some issues and restart my mums oil fired boiler, so that she wasnt left for a 4th night without heat, after a long wait for an oil delivery in winter. He came round soon after the oil arrived, and was outside in minus temps, on a dark night to get it all running for her. He went above and beyond to help.
Recently, he also came out urgently on a weekend, to stop a leak on my dads gas boiler. He then checked the whole system out to make sure it was safe, and found a couple of important issues which he dealt with straight away. The heating and boiler now runs more efficiently, and he gave advice for future improvements, without being at all pushy. He really knows his craft and explains things easily to you.
Ive found them to be incredibly helpful, trustworthy, reliable and well priced. A rare find these days! I am a genuine customer with no personal connection, and I highly recommend them.

Having brought a house with a boiler that was extremely old and not working - Allstar was very quick to get back to me with a quote and when they can install. I was extremely happy that they could install a couple of days later as I didnt have hot water and heating. They turned up on time arranged and rapidly swapped my boiler over so I had heating and hot water. Would highly recommended.

Will and his team did an excellent job of installing an unvented cylinder, upgrading the central heating system and a new boiler. He also helped to replace new kitchen and bath taps.

Ashley completed the work quickly and to the best standard. We now have a top of the range Worcester bosch boiler supplied with a 10 year guarantee. Im so impressed by this company. My boiler broke on a Sunday, and by Tuesday Will and his team had installed a new boiler. They were everything you ever want from such a company; professional, knowledgeable, very prompt in all communication, excellent workmanship, everything tidied up after them etc. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was not left in minus temperatures for a minute longer than necessary.

Will and the team changed out our complete heating system from an older less efficient oil boiler and water tank system for an energy efficient Bosch combo oil boiler, whilst removing our loft installed water tanks. All completed over two long days and we now have an energy saving pressurised system. We had a full flush before commissioning. An excellent all round system and a perfect installation. I will be back in touch to get both bathrooms updated next year, 2023. Cheers Allstar heating and plumbing.

Contacted Allstar Systems with a problem in a tenanted property. The tenant was complaining of a loud 'foghorn' type of noise when running the hot water system.
Will responded to my call immediately and promptly attended the property, identifying the problem as a faulty ball valve which was then replaced.
From beginning to end, Will was efficient, polite and professional. I would thoroughly recommend using Allstar Systems again.

Will has been an absolute gem and a pleasure to have replace my broken down boiler, add an additional emergency hot water system and to replace the previously incorrectly installed shower.

My parents ageing boiler had been playing and finally gave up the ghost. Called Allstar and spoke to will who was there within 3 hours. Took the time to show me the issues and gave me a number of options. We decided to go for a new boiler and this included filters, powerflush, vertical flue and new controller with thermostat. All work was done to an exceptional standard and within a day. My parents are really happy with it and more importantly they were very comfortable with having the three Allstar guys in their home. They were professional, polite and patient when handing over the system. Also very happy to take a call to explain the system to me so that I can get them working again when the inevitable "user error" crops up! Highly recommended.

Called Allstar for an emergency when our boiler wouldn't fire up. Will got the boiler up and running again but, we knew it was on it's last legs. Will and his team had a new boiler within 2 weeks, ordered and fitted, with new thermostat valves. And to the exact price that was originally quoted.
