I dont often write a review, but Fradleys made such a success of renovating our small bathroom that I felt I must acknowledge their craftsmanship.
From our initial contact through to completion Fradleys professionalism has been obvious throughout. Josh provided us with a clear picture of what we could accomplish in a small space with the final design, courtesy of Kim and her 3D graphics making it easy to come to a decision. Josh and Ryans workmanship is first class with attention given to every detail. The tiling which was completed by Creative Ceramics was excellently finished.
The work was completed in the time specified to a very high standard. It is obvious that Josh and his team take pride in their work. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Our ensuite needed updating, by recommendation we contacted Josh, Fradleys Limited. Josh came round to quote and he stated he would be in and out in a week and true to his word he was, it was actually four days!
On arrival, and after covering carpets and furnishings, all was ripped out of the old ensuite in a couple of hours. First fix for the plumbing completed and new vanity units installed. The next day the room was "tanked", made waterproof, and ready for tiling and all electrics were completed. All tiling was completed the following day and on the last day the final fixtures and fittings were installed, shower tested, and we had our lovely new ensute and everywhere was left clean and tidy.
Josh, and his team, did a fantastic job and all was seamless. Thanks to Josh, Ryan and every one else involved in the project. If you're thinking of having an ensuite or bathroom replaced I would highly recommend Josh and his team at Fradley's Ltd

We are thrilled with the work done by Josh and his team to rip out our old bathroom and replace it. It looks absolutely beautiful! The standard of work is second to none in all aspects from planning to completion
They also gutted and refitted the en-suite, which is also fabulous (the one with the oval mirror)!, creating a stunning walk in shower.

We'd been looking for a company to update our en suite for a while. We were about to give up but then we found Josh and his team. From the initial visit, design and quotation stage to the finished product, Josh, Kim and the rest of the team have been superb - professional, efficient, courteous, tidy and on time. Josh and his team did a great job in providing us with a new bathroom. I cannot praise enough the team aspect with Josh at the helm. Every aspect of the team was professional, respectful of the property, friendly and courteous. Kim kept us informed on the design front. Josh, Ryan and Luke were great with the rip out. Steve, the electrician was great with the electric fit. Mark, the plasterer did an amazing job before Darren and James came in to tile the bathroom. Wed selected very large tiles and the two guys started to bring the room to life before Josh and Ryan came back for the final fit. Were very pleased with the finished result. Josh kept us informed throughout the two week period and we would highly recommend Josh and his team.

Quality kit and an excellent finish.
All trades were coordinated so the only difficulty was choosing the products and colour scheme.
Weve used Fradleys for over 8 years for a boiler replacement and servicing, all plumbing for an extension, a shower room and a cloakroom. Weve now had the family bathroom done and wouldnt go anywhere else.
Highly recommend.

We had both our ensuite and bathroom done at the same time after being postponed by Covid.
From the moment we met Kim last year, she made our designs into a reality on paper and had such passion about it (which really helped my husband visualise the projects) we just knew they were the right people for the job.
The team were all so friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves daily after working so hard. The jobs they did were fantastic, and Josh the owner always made sure he came back to do the finishing touches to ensure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction.
We couldn't stop going and standing in the rooms after just to look at them!
They got the job done quickly and any small snags were quickly remedied.
I cannot recommend them all highly enough and wouldn't hesitate in using them again or recommending to anyone who will listen!
